Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email vesdeewellness@gmail.com and we'll let you know when international shipping is available.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on PelviLift orders within the US.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
After processing, standard US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll try to help before the order ships.
