- Email address — when you join our early-access / launch waitlist.
- Contact details — your name, email, and message when you contact support.
- Order & delivery information — once purchasing is available, your name, shipping address, and contact details (payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).

- Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics).
- Cookies — small files used to measure traffic and improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

- To notify you when PelviLift launches and to send updates you asked for.
- To process, ship, and support your order.
- To respond to your questions.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We send marketing email only to people who opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

- Payments & fulfillment (our payment processor and shipping partners, once purchasing is live) — to take payment and deliver orders.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your waitlist or contact data at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site and product are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
