It starts with a small leak

A sneeze. A laugh. Jumping on the trampoline with your kids. For so many women — especially after childbirth or in our 40s and beyond — a tiny leak shows up and quietly reshapes daily life. You start scanning for the bathroom. You skip the workout. You wear the dark leggings. And almost nobody talks about it.

When women do ask for help, the answer is usually the same: "do your Kegels." But here's the problem — most women were never taught how, and a large share are squeezing the wrong muscles entirely. Telling a muscle you can't feel to get stronger is not a plan.

The rubber band
Think of the pelvic floor like a rubber band that's been stretched and left slack. You can tell it to snap back all you want — but if it can't feel the signal, nothing happens. What it needs is something to actually wake it up and remind it how to contract. That's the gap PelviLift was built to fill.

A clinic technology, brought home

Pelvic floor electrical stimulation isn't new or experimental. Women's-health clinics have used neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) for decades: gentle pulses that make the muscle contract directly, so it relearns the movement even when you can't find it on your own.

The catch was access. That meant appointments, waiting lists, cost, and a lot of women who simply never got there. We wanted that same proven approach to be something you could do quietly, at home, on your own schedule — without explaining yourself to anyone.

Built on a cleared platform — and honest about it

PelviLift is built on an FDA 510(k)-cleared nonimplanted electrical continence device platform (K213116, 21 CFR 876.5320). We're careful about what that means: clearance reflects substantial equivalence to an existing device, not a cure or an FDA endorsement, and individual results vary. We'd rather tell you the honest version than oversell. You can read the full detail on our Safety & FDA page.
